1)How do i book?
Best way is to call us or by email!
2)How much notice do i need to give to book? Anytime,but the more notice the better as the castle you may want could already be booked!
3)How much does it cost?
Please look at the prices page and you can see which castle you want there too!
4)What do your prices include?
We will come and set the castle up and take the castle away at the end of the day.You get a blower for the castle and a extension lead aswell as a large safety mat!
5)When are your castles avaliable for hire?
We are available 7 days a week and week days you will recieve 10% reduction in price excluding bank holiday mondays and thursdays!
6)How long do i get my epuipment for?
We start delivering at 7am and collect from 6pm.We can also do differnt times to suit your needs!
7)How do i pay?
You can pay by cheques or cash,if paying by cheque i will need the cheque 7 days before the hire of your equipment!If paying by cash i will need the cash before setting up your equipment.
8)Are you insured?
We are fully insured with public liability!
9)Do you have safety instructions with each hire?
yes we do everytime along with a disclaimer.
10)Are there any age restrictions?
Yes,where stated kids castles are 12s and under unless otherwise stated.Anybody older than 12 must hire out a adult castle!
